We're often asked, what's the best part of our jobs. While it's hard to pick from so many rewarding aspects of owning the bakery and meeting so many friends, we'd have to say the most favorite thing is watching someone taste our famous Corsica Loaf™ for the first time.
There's nothing like seeing the expression on their faces as they enjoy the wonderful goodness of our custom french bread infused with olive oil. We use a special stone-oven baking process which incorporates our own blend of olive oils and sesame seeds. There's nothing else like it.

You'll often find Don behind the Deli counter, trading stories with customers. There's so much to offer, from fresh pies and pastries to our signature Corsica Loaf™. Buy several to take home with you. Don't forget family and friends who will thank you again and again.
The bakery is running on all cylinders right now. Jean and crew are running a non-stop operation. The ovens never seem to have a chance to cool off. You get an idea of the craftsmanship from the photos above. It's truly a labor of love.
